A LOCAL’S GUIDE TO THE BEST SPOTS TO EAT IN THE MOROCCAN BLUE CITY
So, you’ve spent your day exploring the winding alleyways of the beautiful Blue Pearl searching for the most Instagrammable spots. You’re famished and now its time to decide on a dinner spot. When we travel, we always try to stay away from franchise restaurants and search for the most unique dining options. In Chefchaouen, the majority of restaurants serve traditional Moroccan tajines, but usually offer a few international menu options for the less adventurous eaters as well. If you’ve chosen to stay in a traditional Riad, you often have the choice to have a meal prepared at the Riad, which can be a nice experience and we recommend this if you’re exhausted from traveling or the weather is less than favorable for going out. If you’re staying in a private Riad or you want to see what else this beautiful city has to offer your tastebuds, here are a few of our recommendations!
